TOUCH Silent Club is a service under TOUCH Community Services.

Overview
  • Recognise and develop potential in the Deaf
  • Job placement and support
  • Promote independence and integration to society

At TOUCH Silent Club, we firmly believe that every Deaf person, regardless of circumstances, race or religion, has the potential to be an integrated and contributing member of society.

Our programmes empower the Deaf to be independent individuals and guide them in the areas of education, vocation, recreation and social development. We believe in building the Deaf themselves to become leaders who are able to contribute back to society.

We recognise that we cannot work alone and therefore, we constantly seek to foster partnerships with the hearing community to work alongside us to make a difference to the Deaf community.

Visit us at www.silentclub.org.sg to learn more about us.

"TOUCH Silent Club is a place where I can be a volunteer & contribute to my community despite my handicap. By helping out in project management, I have many opportunities to learn."
