Out-of-school youths need not give up their dreams. At TOUCH Youth Learning Centre*, we offer youths a second chance in education. By providing an environment conducive to learning and growth, we seek to affirm and challenge the youths to realise their fullest potential.
Early school leavers between the ages of 14 and 19 can join TOUCH Youth Learning Centre to attain the GCE 'O' or 'N' level certificates. With a team of dedicated staff, we are fully committed to working with the students to help them achieve their academic goals. It is also a place where the youths can acquire life skills that will bring about positive changes in their lives.
