Job Summary:
You will be responsible for supporting Beyond the Label’s (BTL) administrative and operational efforts, including but not limited to stakeholder management, outreach efforts and the conduct of mental health workshops.
You will also support the Trauma Access work involving vulnerable children at risk of abuse, which involves responsibilities including, but not limited to, supervising Trauma Access sessions, preparing case logs, and case reports.
Principle Duties & Responsibilities:
Programme Implementation
- Work with stakeholders for community-based mental health roadshows
- Collaborate with other team members to plan the annual Beyond the Label Festival
- Deliver BTL mental health workshops
Trauma Access
- To support continuity of relationships between the CYP and his/her parents / significant persons in a safe environment
- To support the fostering of positive attachment between the CYP and his/her parents / significant persons by providing opportunities for the parents / significant persons to display positive child management and parenting strategies
- To assess the CYP’s and parents / significant persons’ readiness for the CYP’s reunification as part of permanency planning
- To facilitate the reunification of the CYP back to his / her family’s care
Administration and Staff Development
- Provide logistical or operational support to the team in running BTL related programmes
- Support timely data collation and quarterly report submission for both BTL and Trauma Access
Requirements:
- Minimum Degree in Psychology, Counselling, Social Work, or other related fields.
- A good team player

- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
