Job Summary:
The Officer – Service Support (Caregiver Support) supports the delivery of caregiver programmes and services by ensuring smooth centre operations and engaging caregivers across their service journeyThis role focuses on programme coordination and caregiver engagement, including intake, follow-ups, and programme matching. The Associate works closely with the team to understand caregivers’ needs, support their progression across services, and connect them to appropriate programmes, including higher-intensity offerings. Provide support to caregivers and families of older persons, person with special needs and mental health conditions.
Principle Duties & Responsibilities:
Programme Coordination & Centre Operations
- Coordinate programme logistics, including scheduling, registrations, attendance tracking, and follow-ups
- Ensure the centre is clean, organised, and ready for programmes and visitors
- Support the smooth running of day-to-day centre operations
- Support the delivery of programmes through on-site coordination and participant management
- Assist facilitators during sessions (e.g. managing flow, logistics, participant needs),co-facilitate selected segments of programmes where required
Caregiver Journey Engagement & Programme Matching
- Conduct intake and onboarding conversations to understand caregivers’ needs
- Perform follow-ups and light-touch check-ins, and assessments with caregivers across different touchpoints
- Identify and recommend caregivers for appropriate programmes
- Maintain accurate documentation of caregiver interactions and ensure proper follow-up actions
- Escalate complex or high-risk cases where required
- Serve as a first point of contact for caregivers, providing information, referrals, and empathetic listening via Care Line.
Administrative & Operational Support
- Handle general administrative duties (e.g. data entry, scheduling, procurement, documentation)
- Coordinate with vendors and partners for quotations and logistics arrangements
- Maintain organised filing systems, trackers, and standard templates
- Support data consolidation and basic reporting needs
- Contribute to simple process improvements to enhance team efficiency
Backbone support to team function
- Maintain knowledge resource of the team related to Caregiving e.g. Care Line resource library
- Organize events for the team that contributes to team growth and bonding
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
- Diploma in any discipline (e.g. Business Administration, Community Care, Health Services, Social Sciences or related fields)
- 0–3 years of relevant working experience; fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Prior experience in administrative coordination, customer service, or community-related work will be an advantage
