TOUCH Young Arrows provides a weekly mentoring programme that serves children aged 5-14, from low-income and/or single-parent families, through free academic coaching (English & Mathematics) and values-driven activities.
Please commit 3 hours weekly (Saturday mornings or afternoons) over a period of at least one year.
TYA Clubs locations and details
Your primary role involves:
A: No. But you should be comfortable in giving tuition in English and Mathematics and familiar with Singapore Education System and Curriculum.
A: Yes, you can. However, you must possess good English literacy and numeracy skills and willing to learn the differences in the curriculum.
A: Children will need a consistent volunteer. Hence, we will not be accepting volunteers who cannot commit.
