Job Summary:
You will provide the daily administrative and operational support to the team; organise the logistics &/or resources to ensure the smooth running of programme services. You may also be involved in coordinating outreach events and activities, where required.
Principal Responsibilities and Duties:
Administration and Staff Development
- Provide administrative or logistical support to the team in running client-related support or other activities.
- Assist in coordinating and planning outreach and engagement events with other community partners and agencies.
- In charge of timely data collection for the programme report submissions (quarterly and annually)
- In charge of simple data analysis to generate quarterly and annual reports for the relevant programme
- Store and maintain data and documents in accordance with the programme requirement, as well as the prevailing personal data protection and security guidelines.
- Coordinate the team’s training schedule, in consultation with the Senior Allied Health Professional.
- Prepare the necessary resources material to be provided to clients and caregivers.
- Respond to general email enquiries related to programme matters.
- Assist in conducting basic mental health assessments, such as initial screenings when handling calls and walk-ins.

Essential Skills and Qualifications:
- Minimum Diploma, ideally in Psychology, Counselling, Social Work, or other related fields
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Software such as Excel, PowerPoint and Word
