What You Can Expect

Prepare/Enrich Marriage Enrichment Programme (P/E MEP) is a nationwide marriage initiative by Families for Life (FFL) supported by MSF. It is a complimentary programme for married couples. It is a 12-hour programme conducted in a small group setting facilitated by certified trainers.

This programme uses an individualised, objective based PREPARE/ENRICH relationship assessment to help you gain deeper insights into both your relationship and yourself. You will need to complete this questionnaire before attending the programme.

• Relationship strengths and growth areas
• Communication skills
• Identifying and managing stressors
• Resolving conflicts
• Family of origin and couple map
• Understand SCOPE personality differences
• Enhancing love

Who It’s For 

This complimentary programme is open to all couples where: 

• Either spouse is a Singapore Citizen or Singapore Permanent Resident; and
• Married for more than 2 years.
