The Independent Living Studio (ILS) is jointly managed by SG Enable and TOUCH Community Services. It is a simulated home-living training space designed to support persons with disabilities in building essential skills for independent living.
Through modular, competency-based training, persons with disabilities can:
ILS also supports caregivers through programmes focused on guidance, support, and future planning, empowering them to better care for and journey alongside their care recipient.
Together, these efforts help PwDs build confidence, strengthen independence, and prepare for active participation in the community.
Upon indicating interest on the form here, our staff will get in touch to arrange for an assessment to help us understand your training needs based on the Enabling Skills and Competencies Framework (ECSF), so we can recommend suitable training modules for you.

The ILS is jointly managed by SG Enable and TOUCH Community Services, and supported by SPD. The programme is made possible by the generous sponsorship of the Enabling Lives Initiative Grant and Mr Loh Kiong Poot. The interior design, home fittings and furnishings are sponsored by IKEA Singapore.
