Developing Impactful Communities for Youths and Persons with Disabilities

Launching in early 2026, TOUCHpoint@Marine Parade aims to foster enabled communities for youths and Persons with Disabilities (PwDs) within the Marine Parade cluster constituencies through meaningful engagement, volunteerism, and employment support.

As a vibrant engagement hub, the centre supports youths through mentoring, volunteerism, hands-on interest group activities, soft skills training and vocational exposure. PwDs can also receive support to sustain gainful employment through job coaching, matching and on-the-job training.
