TOUCH Community Case Management (CCMS) provides a one-stop service to help seniors living in Toa Payoh and Novena to lead independent and dignified lives.
Volunteers are vital to our mission of supporting seniors to live independent and dignified lives. You will build meaningful relationships through regular home visits, providing companionship, emotional support, and practical assistance.
Schedule & Commitment
Flexible schedule between Monday to Sunday, with a commitment of at least 2 home visits per month for at least 6 months.

Requirements:
- 21 years old and above
- Passionate about supporting seniors to age-in-place in their community
- Has a gift for making seniors feel heard and appreciated through conversation and activities
- Comfortable in providing practical support to seniors in their homes
Your primary role involves:
- Provide companionship and emotional support through regular home visits
- Help seniors with errands, such as grocery shopping (optional)
- Promptly informing the social worker of any concerns regarding the senior's health or safety

A: Your volunteer work will help seniors feel connected and supported. They will enjoy your company, appreciate your assistance with daily tasks, and feel less isolated and alone.
A: One of the challenges faced by seniors with memory issues is remembering to take their medication. This can have a negative impact on their health, so assistance with medication reminders is crucial.
