TOUCH Community Case Management (CCMS) provides a one-stop service to help seniors living in Toa Payoh and Novena to lead independent and dignified lives.
Through regular home visits and medication reminders, volunteers directly contribute to seniors’ overall health and quality of life, enabling them to age gracefully and with dignity.
Flexible schedule between Monday to Sunday, with a commitment of at least 1 home visit per week for at least 6 months.

A: Our volunteer program targets seniors in the community who are isolated and face health and mobility challenges. Volunteers play a crucial role in providing companionship, emotional support, and practical assistance, making a tangible difference in their lives.
A: Your volunteer work will help seniors feel connected and supported. They will enjoy your company, appreciate your assistance with daily tasks, and feel less isolated and alone.
A: One of the challenges faced by seniors with memory issues is remembering to take their medication. This can have a negative impact on their health, so assistance with medication reminders is crucial.
