The Senior Wellness and Community Activation Programme (SWCAP) aims to enhance senior holistic wellness and reduce social isolation. As part of the programme onboarding process, seniors will complete a wellness pre-assessment that identifies the wellness domains they require support in and helps to direct them to suitable programmes.
Volunteers will support the survey data collection for seniors participating in SWCAP. Responsibilities include assisting seniors in completing wellness pre-assessments, clarifying survey items when necessary, and ensuring accurate and complete data collection. Volunteers may also assist with basic logistical support during data collection sessions, such as registration and directing seniors to the appropriate stations.
