Usher for TOUCH Cyber Wellness

About the Activity

TOUCH Cyber Wellness (TCW) advocates balanced and responsible use of digital technologies through contemporary strategies that support families in today’s digital age. TCW is a leading organisation spearheading cyber wellness and new media literacy efforts in Singapore.

The campaign centres on a meaningful milestone in a child’s journey — the moment they begin using a computer, tablet, or smartphone for the first time. Whether the device is newly purchased, shared, or passed down, it introduces children to the digital world. At this early stage, many parents and caregivers may find it challenging toknow how best to guide their children’s online experiences.

The First Device Campaign addresses this need by:

  • Promoting early awareness: Encouraging families to put positive and age-appropriate digital habits in place from the outset.
  • Supporting parents and caregivers: Offering practical tools and resources that help families navigate the digital space safely and with greater confidence

To highlight this important transition, the campaign launch will present First Device Campaign materials developed for families with children aged 5 to 9 (K1 to Primary 3).

What to expect at the launch event:

  • Interactive discovery: Families can engage with thoughtfully designed FDC resources through guided activities tailored to everyday digital parenting needs.
  • Practical takeaways: Each family will receive a complimentary resource kit, filled with useful guidance and tools to support their child’s digital experiences at home.
