About the Activity
TOUCH Home Care provides specialised transportation for frail senior wheelchair users going to polyclinics and hospitals for medical appointments. Volunteers will be friendly companions to seniors by accompanying them to their medical visits, helping them navigate polyclinics and hospitals, and supporting them through their appointments every step of the way.
Schedule & Commitment
- At least one half-day on weekdays each week (3 to 6 hour duration)
- A minimum commitment of 3 months
Please note: Exact duration will depend on the senior’s medical appointments and the volunteer must remain with the senior from start to finish.

Requirements:
- 18 years old and above
- Comfortable interacting with and assisting seniors
- Commit at least one half-day on weekdays each week (minimum 3 to 6 hour duration)
