Volunteers for Donations Appeal Calling
About the Activity
We are looking for volunteers to support us in our donor outreach efforts to encourage them to donate if they have not done so.
You will be making simple phone calls to donors to follow up on the donation appeal that was mailed to them earlier. The schedule is flexible, but priority will be given to interested parties who can commit for a longer period of time.
Training will be provided by TOUCH.
Schedule & Commitment
At least 2 hours on any weekdays (Mon to Fri except Public Holidays) between 10am to 5pm.

Requirements:
- 18 years old and above
- Volunteers who have good command of English preferred.
- Volunteers need to be familiar with Microsoft Office - Excel / Google Documents - Excel.
Your primary role involves:
- Making calls to donors and updating the Donor Call List in excel (e.g. status, remarks, etc)
A: Yes. Training will be provided.
A: A laptop will be provided for you to make the calls. You would need to bring your own earpiece or earphones.
A: We would prefer volunteers who can commit to at least 1 shift per day for 3 weeks. You can choose to do either the morning shift from 10am to 12pm, or the afternoon shift from 2pm to 4pm. It is also possible to take up both shifts if you would like to.
