Spearheaded by TOUCH in October 2015, the CEP taps on more than two decades of eldercare experience to rally and activate residents within an Ang Mo Kio precinct - to promote a culture of mutual support to support ageing-in-place.
Officially opened on 2 June 2019, [email protected]
433, a key CEP platform, seeks to engage and equip residents to be community resources to support the needs of seniors holistically.
Residents are empowered to stay happy, healthy and helpful
. Through coaching and peer support, we intentionally build a nurturing environment, journeying with residents to pick up practical skills, know where to find help and learn how to take charge of their health and well-being.
The CEP is part of TOUCH’s efforts to adopt practical and sustainable care solutions to address the growing needs of a rapidly ageing nation likely to face a shrinking workforce and other resource limitations.
