TOUCH Home Care (THC), a service of TOUCH Community Services, strives to enable the frail elderly to continue to function within the community with the greatest independence and quality of life. We fulfil our mission by providing essential services including Home Medical, Home Nursing, Home Rehabilitation, Housekeeping, Personal Hygiene, Meals-On-Wheels and Transport/Escort services.
JOIN us now, if you are available from 9.30am to 12.30pm or 3.30pm to 6.30pm, preferably once a week on weekdays (Note: We are currently seeking volunteers for weekdays). Distribution locations include areas around Bukit Batok, Toa Payoh, Whampoa, Bendemeer, Geylang Bahru, Potong Pasir, Bishan, Ang Mo Kio and Jurong. We need both car-owners/ drivers and delivery personnel. Generally, the work involves reporting to the THC office to collect pre-packed food, and then driving along a designated route to deliver the food packages. There will be one driver and assisted by a helper/runner for each delivery route.

Meal Runners
Each MOW team usually consists of a driver (need to use own vehicle) and a runner (deliver meals to doorstep). You can be the driver or the runner. [Occasionally, there are those who prefer to be driver and runner i.e. one man operation.]
Volunteering FAQs
Can I volunteer if I don't own a vehicle?
- Yes you may. You can either be a runner and for some locations, it is possible to deliver via public transport.
Can I bring my child along?
- During this COVID-19 situation, children will not be permitted to participate.
